Clutter

I hate clutter. Which is completely ironic, because I live in it.

A few weeks ago I got tired of the state of my CD collection, so I organized it. Put dozens of naked CDs back in their cases. Found some albums I hadn't heard in a while. All good, even though there are a few dozen empty cases or naked CDs still.

Wanted to find a particular album, Ivy's "In the Clear". (I'm burning CDs on to my XBox.) Tore up my place. Couldn't find it anywhere. Looked in my three stereos and my Walkman. Looked in about a dozen places where I could have put it. Finally methodically started going through my empty jewel cases, and lo and behold found it in the case of Peter Gabriel's "Us", which I purchased a couple of weeks ago. And I was fucking grateful and relieved to find it.

So I need to mess out my livingroom. What a wild, adventurous life I lead. 8^)
